Off-Shoulder Dress- The Vintage Comeback

Off-shoulder dress! Off-shoulder top! Off-shoulder everything!

Hey Loves,

I am literally obsessed with the off-shoulders trend right now. If you follow me on Instagram or Snapchat you might have already guessed that.

Off-shoulder is a vintage trend that’s just being rediscovered the past season, and continues to be hugely popular through this season. It’s one of the most gracious and lady-like silhouette and does an absolutely stunning job in accentuating your shoulders.

It hides those flabby arms and problem areas pretty well too, if you ask me.

So todays outfit is the Off-shoulder dress that I wore on my birthday. It is a lovely floral print with all my favourite colors on it. The dress has a navy blue color, which for some reason is a great choice if you want a substitute for Black!

The dress is definitely a statement maker in itself so I went ahead and added very subtle yet gorgeous dangler earrings in white and gold. I didn’t want to keep my wrists empty this time, so I added a double-ended gold bangle from F21!

Quick-Tip Just like Black, white is another color you can opt for when in doubt. Accessories in white are a great way to balance other colors in your dress.

I paired my shoes to match my earrings in white. These heels in white are gorgeous! My off-shoulder dress also has hints of serenity blue, which gave me just another reason to use this season’s Color in my handbag. So I finished the look with my Esbeda handbag in serenity blue yet again.

For my hair, I tried something new and made a messy low bun with a side-partition in front. DO let me know how does it look.

I kept my makeup simple with some classic winged-liner and berry lips with Miss Claire Lip cream in Shade 18.
