Hounds-tooth is a winter favorite and lace is all about vintage for me. Stripes are a staple trend and hardly ever go out of trend. While putting together this Valentine’s Day Look I wanted to use all of these in one outfit. This look is feminine yet edgy. Perfect for girls who feel most comfortable in jeans and pants!
You might have noticed I love to clash prints and textures. End result is often something really novel and chic.
I got these striped pants last season from Mango and the fit and fabric is so comfortable. You can pair it with solid color tops or prints and voila a new combination every time.
The blouse is delicate lace button up which I got from Myntra. Turquoise is my favorite color and this blouse is ultra-feminine and makes me feel mermaid like (if that makes any sense).
I did not want this outfit to be just a black-white monochrome and that is precisely why I went for a colored top. This is a great way to break the monotones and yet keep it intact.
The Hounds-tooth suit blazer is an absolute classic and I always pat myself on the back for buying it two seasons ago. It is slightly over-sized and gives an androgynous touch to any look you wear. Plus it keeps you warm.
Notice how the look is complete even if you take off the blazer. Because you can never predict how warm or cold it might get!
I added a cobalt boy bag from Charles & Keith and these Pearl vintage studs for my accessories. Minimum accessories help stay the attention on our prints. Finished the look with white wedge pumps.
